The year took a turn we could never have anticipated. The tragic Sea World Helicopter Accident involving our beloved son changed our lives forever. Amidst the pain and recovery, it became evident that our roles had to evolve – not just as parents, but also as providers. Our son needed us now more than ever, and the demand to balance the needs of our home with the requirement for financial stability became pressing.

For many cherished years, my wife and I ran a thriving charcoal chicken restaurant. Those walls echoed with laughter, warm conversations, and the sizzle of freshly grilled chicken. But with the challenges that came our way, it was clear that our professional journey had to be realigned to suit our personal commitments.

Drawing from the roots of my passion and with an aim to stay present for our son's recovery and well-being, the idea of Healthy Catering was born. Transitioning into school canteens and catering for businesses and events allowed us to continue doing what we love while ensuring we never miss a moment with our son.
